Hace muuucho tiempo que no nos comunicamos por acá. Como pueden verlo, hemos estado muy ocupados, construyendo la casa de mi papá, ahora una vivienda para una familia en San Esteban, organizando talleres, etc.
Venimos con una muy buena noticia, y es que en menos de un mes tenemos a una gran persona que viene directo de Cambridge UK para enseñarnos sobre Apicultura Respetuosa.
Y es que SIN ABEJAS NO HAY VIDA!
Así que para nosotros, que queremos aprender todo lo posible para tener una vida autosuficiente y sustentable, es ESENCIAL aprender sobre nuestras amigas las abejas.
Por eso, ademas de poner dos colmenas para ir aprendiendo, aprovechamos la visita de la Doctora Agnes Tyburn para organizar un taller intensivo de dos días acá, en EcoCasa Suyana.
Por el momento, el curso se dictará en Ingles, por lo cual aquí va toda la info en ingles. Cualquier consulta no duden en preguntarme!
We are so excited to announce you the Sustainable Beekeeping Workshop by Dr. Agnes Tyburn.
Agnes is a dear friend of mine, after her Chemical Engineering degree, she moved to UK to continue research as a PhD in Oxford. She’s the founder of Beesitter, which mission is to educate about bees and build a community of local and sustainable beekeepers.
She is coming from Cambridge to Los Cocos to share her passion about Sustainable Beekeeping and products of the hive. On Friday 14th, she will give a free talk about «What bees can teach us about business», in Museo La Loma, within the framework of the talks of Networking Punilla.The Beekeeping Workshop will be on Saturday 15th and Sunday 16th, from 9 am to 5 pm approximately.
When? February 15-16th, 2020.
Where? Los Cocos, Cordoba, Argentina.

The cost is US$ 80 or ARS$ 6000 per person, and it includes breakfast, lunch, and a night in Los Cocos’ Eco-Camping. We provide all beekeeping equipment, just make sure to bring long pants and boots.
We can also give you information about other places to sleep, and activities to do around the area.
There is limited places, so register soon.
We don’t want the economical situation to be a barrer, so if you can’t afford it please contact us.
